Professionally Speaking...Stewardess (American Airlines), Television & Film Production (Aaron Spelling)
Family...1989 I adopted two sisters.  Cindy was 28 months old and Stephanie
was 7 days old.  Cindy is a "lifer" in the U.S. Coast Guard, living in San Francisco, and Stephanie lives near us in Arizona.
1995 My mother, aunt, and uncle died, leaving me comfortable enough that I could quit work (Spelling) and be a stay at home mom.
2000 I met Thom Janulis and married him in 2004.  We live in Southern Arizona during the winter and take our RV to Northern
Arizona during the summer.  We also do a lot of U.S. traveling throughout the entire year (hauling our pontoon boat and motorcycle).

It was my fullest intention to be at the reunion, but my September was full of work at the University, and things just didn't work out.
Although I wasn't there, I too, thank the committee for making it a great event for those that could attend. Please keep me on the list.
By the time the 55th reunion comes around, I will finally be fully retired and will do my best to attend.
Currently, I am in my 14th year at CMU as a Student Teacher Coordinator and Seminar Center Leader.
After a career of 37 years in secondary education, rounding out my career at the University is a joy that keeps me busy and adding to
the potential success of future teachers.  I continue to work because I love the challenges and the opportunity to work with college students.
Thank you for your efforts, and a big Hello to all my class of '63 friends.
Even though I haven't see them in 50 years, I still remember many very well,
and would love to chat with them and hear of their careers and accomplishments and families.
Audrey and I have Andy (35) and Emily (31) and both are married and living in Florida.  So far, we are blessed with one grandchild, and she is 2 1/2.

I have four grandsons. My husband has two grandsons and two granddaughters.
We have a summer home between Pentwater and Ludington, MI.  We bought it as a cabin and have completely renovated it.
My husband is very handy and together we have completely remodeled this cabin and have turned it into a beautiful two story
home with a walk out lower level.  This project has taken us six years to complete. Lots of hard work, but very rewarding.
We love spending time up here with our children and grandchildren. Hobbies include attending grandson's sporting events and
spending time with family.  I attended the Friday night class reunion party at the R club. It was so good to see everyone.
I am sorry we couldn't attend the Saturday night party

After graduation, I attended MSU earning DVM and MD degrees.  I received my surgical training @ Hurley Medical Center in Flint, MI and St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO.  I practiced General Surgery in Lewistown, MT, Havre, MT and Ogden, UT.  Along the way I earned a Masters in Medical Management from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.  I practiced General and Trauma Surgery for 40 years and retired July 2012.  I am married to Debbie Evans from Lewistown, MT.  She has her DNP from the University of Utah and is a Clinical Instructor in the DNP Program there.  I still do some part-time Wound Care and Debbie and I volunteer at a Rescue Mission Clinic in Ogden, UT.  Four children (Rusty, Shannon, Jeff and Chris), 3 grandchildren (Elizabeth, Abby and Will), our dog, Marley, and friends and family across the USA and Canada keep us busy and on the run.  We own a vacation home in Driggs, ID and so, spend a lot of time in the mountains, skiing, hiking, biking, boating and fishing.  I am not sure how to describe our 50th Class Reunion except that it felt so good to see and visit with the friends and classmates that I had the opportunity to grow up with -  it felt like "family" and it was so easy to get back together and to plan some ongoing activities.  I believe our scholarship donation to Everett High School was a great idea and was greatly appreciated by Dr. Gear and his staff.  The Planning Committee deserves a huge "thank you" and I hope we can do it again.
